This has a check on one end (indicated by the arrow at it’s end) and a pitch pocket on the other. It will be too short for a 4/4 cello but fine for a 3/4 cello. Discounted for this, and age surcharge waived.

Alternately, the pitch pocket (which is on the underside of the plate at the top block) could be spliced to accommodate a 4/4 cello.
