Our new BVS chinrests are created to replicate the style of the legendary JSB model 135 large plate Guarneri chinrest, which was our most popular shape due to its comfort and traditional styling.

Available in ebony, boxwood, rosewood and tamarind. The tonal qualities of Tamarind give a very pleasant mature sound. Tamarind is a non-restricted, cultivated wood.

Today, Werner Hannabach is active in the company on a daily basis and assists with product training, repairs, and custom-made strings.
